Awareness Event held by Tomarza Mustafa Akıncıoğlu Vocational School for the Visually-Impaired Individuals

Students of the "Barrier-Free Design" group, one of the research groups formed within the scope of the Research Methods and Techniques course in the Map and Cadastre Program of our School, organized an event to raise awareness regarding the difficulties experienced by the visually- impaired individuals. After the materials supplied from Tomarza Sports Hall with the support of Tomarza Municipality were installed in the School garden, the students tried to walk blindfolded and witnessed the difficulties experienced by the visually-impaired individuals, albeit for a short time.
